Club Car Program
Terms & Conditions
The Business Club | Effective October 14, 2026
1. Program Overview
The Club Car Program is an initiative of The Business Club, operated by 18242593 Canada Inc.
The program provides eligible Business Club Stewards with the use of a Club-owned, Club-branded vehicle to support local business development, community engagement, and the promotion of The Business Club.
The Club Car serves as a mobile marketing headquarters, helping make The Business Club visible and accessible throughout participating communities.
The Club Car is 100% an asset and responsibility of The Business Club. It is not a vehicle ownership, financing, or purchase program for Stewards.
2. Three Conditions for Participation
Participation in the Club Car Program depends on three primary conditions.
A. The Market Must Support the Program
The Club Car Program is available only in markets where approved Tesla vehicles and Tesla Full Self-Driving (FSD) are available and legally supported for the intended program use.
Local laws, insurance requirements, registration, service availability, and other operating conditions must permit the Club to operate the program.
B. An Approved Vehicle Must Be Available
The Club must be able to obtain, register, insure, and deploy an approved vehicle in the participating market.
The initial vehicle choices are Tesla Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck, subject to availability and Club approval.
Selecting a preferred model does not guarantee that a particular vehicle or configuration will be available.
C. The Steward Must Agree to the Program Terms
The participating Steward must review, accept, and comply with the Club Car Program Terms and the applicable vehicle use agreement before receiving the vehicle.
Participation is voluntary and requires the Club's confirmation of eligibility.
All three conditions must be satisfied before a Club Car is assigned.
3. Vehicle Ownership and Financial Responsibility
The Business Club retains 100% ownership or control of every vehicle provided through the Club Car Program.
The Club is responsible for the vehicle and its associated program expenses, including, as applicable:
Vehicle acquisition or leasing
Registration and insurance
Official Club Car branding and wrapping
Maintenance and repairs
Charging and approved operating expenses
Other vehicle-related costs required by the program
The Steward does not purchase the vehicle, assume vehicle financing, or acquire an ownership interest through participation.
Use of the Club Car does not create a right to purchase, retain, or receive ownership of the vehicle.
4. Steward Use of the Vehicle
An eligible participating Steward receives permission to use the Club Car in accordance with the approved program and vehicle use agreement.
The Club Car is intended to support the Steward's work as a local Business Club member ambassador, including visiting businesses, participating in community events, building relationships, and representing The Business Club.
The Steward agrees to operate the vehicle lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable driving, insurance, and safety requirements.
Full Self-Driving (FSD) is a driver-assistance feature and does not eliminate the driver's responsibility for safe vehicle operation. The driver must follow Tesla's operating instructions and applicable local laws.
The vehicle remains under the Club's ownership and program management throughout its use.
5. Vehicle Selection and Launch Process
During onboarding, eligible Stewards may indicate their preferred Club Car model.
On the applicable market launch day, the Club may confirm the selected model, initiate the vehicle ordering process, and begin developing the official Club Car wrap concept.
Vehicle selection, ordering, delivery, and assignment remain subject to the three participation conditions described above.
No specific delivery date is guaranteed.
6. Official Branding and Vehicle Wrap
Every Club Car represents The Business Club and must maintain the Club's approved brand identity.
The vehicle wrap may incorporate the participating market's identity and approved Steward creative flair, while preserving the Club's official branding and marketing requirements.
Each vehicle will feature the same trackable QR code in three locations, where the vehicle design permits:
Left rear side panel
Right rear side panel
Rear of the vehicle
The QR code supports discovery, engagement, and attribution for the participating Business Club market.
The Club manages and approves the final vehicle wrap. Unauthorized branding, sponsors, advertising, messages, or additional QR codes are not permitted.
7. Program Pilot and Availability
The Club Car Program begins with an initial pilot intended to establish the program's operational and financial sustainability.
Participation in the pilot does not guarantee immediate availability to all Business Club markets.
Expansion into additional markets depends on program readiness, market support, vehicle availability, and the Club's operating assessment.
Becoming a Steward, reserving a market, or obtaining a Business Club membership does not automatically entitle a participant to immediate Club Car assignment.
8. Program Management and Vehicle Assignment
The Business Club manages the Club Car Program, including vehicle procurement, insurance, branding, maintenance, operational coordination, and performance tracking.
The Club may adjust vehicle models, assignments, rollout timing, or program operations based on availability, legal requirements, safety, and the sustainability of the program.
Any reassignment or return of a Club Car will be handled under the applicable vehicle use agreement.
The Club retains responsibility for its vehicle assets and associated program expenses.
9. Program Changes
The Business Club may update these terms to reflect changes in vehicle availability, technology, legal requirements, insurance, or program operations.
Material changes affecting participating Stewards will be communicated as appropriate.
Changes to these terms do not transfer vehicle ownership or Club financial responsibility to the Steward.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Before receiving a Club Car, the Steward must accept the current Club Car Program Terms and the applicable vehicle use agreement.
Acceptance of these terms alone does not guarantee a vehicle. Assignment requires confirmation that the market supports the program and an approved vehicle is available.
Program Availability Disclaimer
The Club Car Program is available only where approved Tesla vehicles and Tesla Full Self-Driving (FSD) are available and legally supported, where an eligible vehicle can be obtained and deployed, and where the participating Steward agrees to the applicable program terms. All vehicles remain 100% Club assets, with vehicle ownership and associated program financial responsibility retained by The Business Club. Vehicle models, program participation, and delivery timing are subject to availability and approval. Full Self-Driving requires appropriate driver supervision and compliance with applicable laws.
